The lubers dispense at your desired settings. See installation instructions to select a range from 15 days up to 945 days to empty. The lifespan of the lubricant itself is dependent on the composition of lubricant, but we ensure the shelf life of our lubricants will last a minimum of 2 years prior to filling. The ULTIMATE and JACK Series are recommended to avoid grease separation on long settings.
-
Yes, A.T.S. is certified by MSHA (Mining Safety and Health Authority) for use in all mines, and ATEX certified.

They are all water and weather-resistant, but only the ELECTRO-LUBER with a weather cap are submersible up to 30 ft. underwater.
-
The B Switch on the ELECTRO-LUBER is applied to make it go 5% faster.

No. The ELECTRO-LUBER series are a disposable one time use.
-
Yes. And to prevent siphoning, we would recommend our oil flow Restrictors (inquire about this Accessory).
-
ELECTRO-LUBER is capable of producing over 50 psi. If you need more power, consider our Electromechanical Lubers:
JACK LUBER is capable of producing 200 psi continuously.
ULTIMATE and TITAN SERIES are capable of producing over 1000 psi.
Jack / Ultimate / Titan Series

There are variables to consider when answering this question (back pressure, temperatures, grease type etc). The estimated range for the ULTIMATE-LUBER when remote mounting on a single point is a max distance of 35ft.
When using a distribution block with multiple points, we recommend a maximum of 20ft per line.
-
Yes. Please state so at time of order so you are provided with an oil restrictor.
-
Our vibration sensor is within the unit. It is most suitable for direct mounting.
-
For equipment that doesn’t run 24/7, we recommend either Remote Control, Pulse Control, or Motion Control.
-
The estimated range for battery life under ‘normal conditions’ is as follows:
Cylinder Size and # of Refills
60 – 6 to 8 refills
125 – 3 to 5 refills
250 – 3 to 5 refills
500 – 2 refills -
No. For submerged applications we recommend the ELECTRO-LUBER.
-
Not with a grease gun, but you can simply replace the single-use cartridge.
Lubricants
-
To determine the best lubricant for your application, we’ll need to know a few key details—such as oven temperature, time spent in the oven, washer process, and the load carried on the conveyor. Once we have that information, our sales and service team will gladly recommend the best lubricant for your system.
-
We recommend Digilube’s specially formulated lubricants: CleanLUBE, Ultra Film 1, Ultra Film 2, and Ultra Film 2 HLM for heavy load operations. These lubricants are designed to withstand extreme heat while providing optimal protection and performance for overhead conveyor systems.
-
This can vary depending on your specific application, but the best way to determine this is by reviewing your past usage and the frequency of previous orders. Tracking this data over time will help ensure you’re ordering the right amount to keep your system running smoothly.
-
We recommend placing a reorder when you have your last two pails in stock and your main tank is full. This helps ensure you never run out of lubricant and prevents the risk of running your line in a dry condition.
-
For lines running at around 400°F, lubrication is typically done once a day. However, the ideal frequency can vary depending on factors like line speed, oven time, and washer process. Finding the right lubrication interval usually involves some fine-tuning and takes about 2 to 3 weeks to dial in from the initial starting point.
-
There are several lubricant options available, but the best choice depends on several factors. At Digilube, we commonly recommend CleanLUBE and the Ultra-Film line, which are versatile enough to perform across a wide range of applications. We typically avoid recommending lubricants with molybdenum or graphite unless absolutely necessary. These additives can cause buildup and residue issues, and we pride ourselves on offering cleaner, more efficient solutions.
-
Common signs of improper lubrication include squeaking or surging of the line, unusually high amp draws, and visible signs of wear such as dry or rusted chain pins and trolleys. If you notice any of these symptoms, it's time to check your lubrication system.
-
Under-lubrication can lead to premature wear of bearings, pins, and drives. It may also cause chain stretching or even breakage, resulting in costly downtime.
Over-lubrication can cause excess oil to drip—especially on inclines or declines—leading to buildup that may burn in ovens. This can result in operator discomfort from fumes, potential paint or part defects, and cleanliness issues on the production floor. Proper lubrication balance is key to both performance and safety.
Brush Cleaners
-
Digilube brush units are designed to clean conveyor components such as chains, trolleys, load bars, and tracks. Regular cleaning helps prevent buildup that can lead to issues like debris flick-off, part defects, and process disruptions.
-
The DL-55 non-powered brush cleaner cleans the chains and trolleys on monorail, I-Beam conveyors.
-
Our brush units are compatible with Enclosed Track and I-Beam conveyors. We also offer beam sweeps to keep tracks clean and provide custom solutions for most conveyor systems.
-
Our brushes use durable wire bristles, which are highly effective at removing baked-on dirt and dust that accumulates during high-temperature processes like oven curing.
-
Yes, they can. For optimal performance, we recommend installing the brush system ahead of the lubrication system. This ensures the line is clean before lubricant is applied, improving overall effectiveness.
-
Brush replacement depends on operational conditions such as usage and environment. As a general guideline, inspect brushes every six months. Most brushes require replacement every one to two years.
-
Yes, our brush units are fully adjustable. We recommend checking and adjusting them every 3 to 6 months to ensure proper alignment and effectiveness.
-
Our DL-60 Power Brush units require periodic greasing of the bearings and track. We recommend a full service once per year. Our trained technicians are available for on-site maintenance and repairs.
-
Each brush unit includes a user manual with installation instructions. You can also visit our Resources page to download manuals and access step-by-step installation guides.
-
Yes. By keeping your conveyor line clean, brush units reduce downtime, defects, and lubricant usage. Clean lines allow lubricants to work more effectively, rather than being absorbed by dirt and debris.
-
Yes, Digilube specializes in custom solutions. If we don’t already have a brush unit to meet your needs, we can design one specifically for your application.
